Free Shipping on Orders Over $50:
We offer free ground shipping on all USA domestic orders over $50. For orders below $50, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 1-4 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification. Please note that if you choose USPS First Class Mail, this option does not include a tracking number.
Business days refer to Monday through Friday and exclude national holidays.
Customer Address Errors:
In the event that an order is returned to us due to a customer address error, the customer will be responsible for the recharged shipping rate.
International Duties/Taxes/Tariffs:
We regret to inform you that we are not responsible for any international duties, taxes, or tariffs charged to customers upon international delivery. If packages are declined or returned to us due to such charges, you will receive store credit for your order value minus the international shipping cost.
